Toh Clan's Chairman, Mr Toh Hock Guan shared that many of the clansman had involved in the cultivation and trading in orchids, which had since then establish a long relationship with the orchids.
As Toh Clan will be celebrating its 80th Anniversary this year, the newly breeded of orchid has been chosen as the representative flower for Toh Clan.
Toh Clan members gather together in the annual celebratory dinner for Lunar New Year. Education bursaries were also presented to deserving members during the dinner. This year, the event coincides with the Valentine's Day.

Toh Clan's ladies group organised a kueh making session, for the elderly to impart the skills of making "Ang Ku Kueh" and "Huat Kueh" to the younger generation. It was a very fruitful event, and good bonding for the different generations.
